The first one. is your tone of voice. A confident, calm, and warm voice is much more attractive than a nervous or monotone voice.

But our tone of voice definitely affects how people feel around us and how they perceive us. Women also notice things like if you talk too fast or if you mumble. Have you ever tried to talk to somebody who mumbles? It’s very difficult sometimes to hold a conversation. So the way you talk, as well as the tone, is something she’s going to pay attention to.

And you want your tone of voice to signal that you are confident, that you are warm, and that you are calm. Another thing women notice that many men may not realize is your eyes. I’m not just talking about the color of your eyes, although of course she’s going to notice that as well. But the kind of eyes, the type of eyes you have.

I’ve talked to women before and we say things like, oh, he just has such kind eyes or he has just gentle eyes. The eyes are the window to the soul. And if we can tell if somebody is cold by their eyes, we can tell if they’re gentle, if they’re kind through their eyes. It’s great to aim to have eyes that are warm and friendly and gentle.

Another one of my favorite tips when it comes to the eyes is to smile with your eyes. We feel so drawn to people who I’m going to try to demonstrate this for you. I’ve tried this a few times before and it feels very awkward. Um, for many people, smiling with your eyes comes very naturally. I kind of feel like I was born doing that to a certain extent.

But for many people, it doesn’t come as naturally. That’s okay. Practice it. I’m going to try to show you the difference. So if you, this is hard for me, if you try and smile without your eyes It doesn’t look as engaging. But if you smile with your eyes and engage your eyes and let the happiness of the smile flood to your eyes, it’s a very, very engaging kind of smile.

And it makes your eyes that much more irresistible. So feel free to stand in front of the mirror. And practice smiling with your eyes. Another thing women notice about you is your passions, your hobbies, your interests. These things tell her a lot about you. I remember one time years ago, a neighbor wanted to set me up with someone she knew.

And I did what many girls do. I got on, you know, social media and I was trying to figure out what kind of a guy this was. And his hobbies were such that I went, uh, no, I’m not, I’m not interested in, you know, no hard feelings. I just don’t want to go there. She’s going to pay attention to the kinds of things you like, but it even goes past this.

Sometimes it’s not a, Ooh, I don’t want to be involved in that. Sometimes it’s a, oh my goodness, I love these things too. And so she’s more attracted to you. When a woman is interested in you, she wants to know what you’re interested in, what you’re passionate about. And when she’s attracted to you, those things tend to become even more interesting to her.

Like, let’s say you enjoy playing the guitar. Even if she has never really thought about the guitar before in her life, if she’s attracted to you, suddenly it’s like a radar goes on in her brain and now it becomes very interesting. She starts noticing things about it more. Something I teach my clients in my academy is that being an interesting person is irresistibly attractive.

So being someone who has passions and hobbies and interests is a good thing. And even if she doesn’t necessarily say anything about it, she’s going to be paying attention and she’s going to be picking up on what interests you. Number four is your posture. Women are instantly going to pick up on whether you stand tall or slouch.

Good posture signals confidence and strength. Fidgeting, avoiding eye contact, crossing your arms, these are all things that can make you appear nervous. or closed off. So paying attention to your posture is a big game changer. This also goes for the way you walk. You know, do you walk all slouched over or do you walk with confidence?

Let me explain. You can tell if someone is kind and gentle by nature or not. You can tell if somebody is kind hearted, Or cold hearted. She can tell these things by the way you react to the world around you. How you treat her, obviously, but how you treat others, animals, children, um, those who are assisting you.

A great example is retail or waiters and waitresses. The way you act, she is going to She is going to pick up on, oh, wow, what a kind man. Or, wow, This guy’s kind of a jerk. Some people are like, I can’t figure out why she pulled away. And it’s like, well, maybe, maybe that’s why. That’s not always the reason why.

So if you’re like, hey, I’m kind and that happens to me, I’m not talking about you. But it’s kind of hysterical how many people don’t realize that who you are on the inside is what truly matters. It doesn’t care if you’re the hottest thing on planet Earth, if she has half a brain, which some of them don’t, but if she does have half a brain, she’s not going to want to be with a guy who looks amazing.

But acts like a jerk. So if you’re looking for someone with, you know. A brain. Then it’s important to be a good, kind person. Okay, the next thing women notice about men that you don’t even realize you’re doing is she notices what you do with your arms and your hands, how you position them. For instance, in body language, when someone crosses their arms, it makes them appear very closed off and like not friendly.

Now, yes, when I say arms, she probably notices the shape of your arms. But you probably know that already. And you know, it’s definitely a fun thing she wants to notice. Part of this, again, back to the crossing your arms or not, is she notices if you have open body language or not. Are you somebody who’s, who’s closed off and turned away?

Or are you someone who’s warm and inviting and approachable? And that confidence building exercise I mentioned in my free masterclass is going to help you with this a ton. Another thing, when we’re going through body language in my academy, one of my favorite tips is I don’t know if you can see this in frame, but if you don’t know what to do with your hands, because sometimes you’re like, I don’t know what to do with my hands.

One, you can just relax them and it’s okay if you feel a little awkward, but you can also move into a steeple position. This is, this is confidence. Now you won’t hold it up this high, I’m just trying to show you. You can hold it about, you know, your waistline, your belt line, something like that. But if your hands, and it can be pointed down, but if your hands are in a steeple, Steeple, this speaks confidence.

For instance, you probably can’t tell, but when I’m presenting, I will usually open my arms and talk and then come back to the steeple, open my hands and talk back to the steeple. If you’re ever in a situation where you need to feel confident and you need people to perceive you as Cnce, um. Go to the steeple, but don’t hit your microphone, okay?

So if you don’t know what to do with your hands, go to the steeple. Not like this. That looks like you’re praying, which is a very confident thing and awesome thing, but it might be a little weird walking down the street. Not that you can’t pray while you’re walking down the street, it’s just You know, you usually try to be subtle about it.

I don’t know. Never mind. This leads us to the next thing women notice about you that you don’t even realize, and that is just your hands. A lot of men don’t recognize that women actually find strong, perhaps calloused hands very attractive. Hands that look like they’ve work. Like they know how to put in hard work.

That’s very attractive to many women. It makes you appear more masculine and protective, the protecting and providing bit. And so don’t worry if your hands don’t look like baby perfect because that actually is weird to a lot of women. Yes, absolutely have good hygiene because she will notice that. If like your nails are dirty or your nails aren’t Well kept.

She’s going to notice that and that’s going to be gross. And yes, make sure that you use lotions and things to keep them from getting too dry. That’s something I actually struggle with. I have my entire life. I don’t know why. So I get, I feel the pain of needing constant lotion. But don’t be ashamed. If you’re a hard worker and your hands show it, that’s a very attractive thing to many women.

The next thing women instantly notice about you is whether you actually listen or if you’re just waiting to talk, waiting for your turn to talk. She can instantly tell if she’s trying to chat with you, she’s trying to connect with you, and you’re just waiting for your turn. or if you’re actually listening to her.

And the feeling of an attractive, strong, masculine man actually listening to you is magical. Everyone wants to feel listened to and understood. This is true for her as well. The men who know how to listen and help her feel understood have a very special kind of superpower. And remembering the small details that she shares earn you major points.

So like if you have, because you are listening to the conversation, you learn, um, her favorite band or her favorite color or something, and you mention it later on, that is huge. Next up, and one of the most important, is that she notices your vibe, your overall vibe and the feeling around you. Women definitely pick up on whether you seem relaxed and positive and confident.

or stressed out, bitter, and negative. Happy people are truly irresistible. Negative people tend to push people away. As a coach, who has been doing this for many years at this point, this is one of the single Most important things I see that keeps people single who don’t need to be single anymore, this is the big obstacle in their path, is having a bitter attitude or a negative attitude rather than choosing to focus on the positive.

Your outlook on life and your attitude will either make you irresistible, or unattractive. Now, this obviously does not mean that you don’t live in reality. We have to live in reality and, you know, we should kind of want to. However, it means that you always have a choice of what you’re going to focus on.

What we focus on is how we feel. So are you going to focus on the negative? and the bitter? Or are you going to focus on the positive? Because there’s always both sides to the coin. Which one are you going to look at? We choose how we view the world. Again, something I teach my clients in my academy is what we focus on is how we feel.

So focus. And that’s a skill that sometimes takes a minute to learn, but we can absolutely learn it. Okay, my friend, are you ready for the bonus tip? The bonus thing about men that women definitely notice. This one is one that I felt like some people might think is super obvious, but it’s so important I still wanted to add it in this video.

Women notice the little details about how you dress. Whether you put intention into how you dress or you just throw something on. If you’re someone who’s Sophisticated enough to know how to look nice, or if you’re not. She’s going to notice if your clothes fit well, if your shoes are clean. She’s going to notice if you dress appropriately for the occasion.

Like showing up for a date in gym shorts is just a bad move, okay? Unless you’re no, you know, you’re like going to the gym or something like that. A man who takes the time to learn about personal style and puts thought and intent into the way he dresses will automatically stand out. Period. So, if you want to be someone who stands out, this is definitely something you want to pay attention to.
