11 Red Flags In Women! – Christian Dating Edition
If you’re serious about finding a Godly, loyal, high-value woman, knowing what to avoid is just as important as knowing what to look for.
No matter how charming or attractive a woman might seem, if she exhibits these behaviors, you may be headed for heartbreak.
In this post, we’re breaking down 11 red flags in women that every man should be aware of—especially if you’re aiming for a healthy, lasting relationship.
1. Her Actions Don’t Align With Her Words
If she says she’s honest, but tells small lies, or claims to be devoted to her faith but never lives it out, that’s a disconnect.
Integrity is shown through real consistency, not just claims.
When actions don’t match words, trust will erode fast.
Pay attention to your gut—God gave you that inner warning system for a reason.
2. She Rushes the Physical Side of the Relationship
One of the biggest red flags in women is when physical intimacy is fast-tracked.
Toxic individuals often use physical closeness to spark strong emotional attachment before a true connection has formed.
If she’s overly touchy or dresses provocatively early on, it could be an attempt to gain control rather than build trust.
3. She Uses Guilt or Manipulation
You deserve a loving partner, not a puppeteer.
If she constantly makes you feel like everything is your fault, or if you find yourself compromising your values to please her, you’re being manipulated.
Guilt and emotional coercion are never the foundation of real love.
4. She Plays Mind Games
Whether it’s intentionally creating jealousy, “testing” you, or withholding affection to control you, mind games are toxic.
Real relationships are built on open communication, not confusion and power plays.
5. She Uses Religion as a Vanity Tool
This is one of the most subtle yet dangerous of these 11 red flags in women.
If her spirituality is more about appearances than a real connection with God, tread carefully.
Actually, you should run.
Some people use religion to judge or control others rather than to grow in faith and love.
Look for a woman whose walk matches her talk.
6. She’s Constantly Negative or Critical
A woman who always complains or puts others down will eventually turn that same negativity toward you.
A partner should uplift you, not drain you.
Even if she only criticizes others now, it’s a strong indication she’ll criticize you later.
7. She Constantly Tests You
Healthy relationships aren’t competitions or challenges.
If she’s always trying to “test” your loyalty, masculinity, or patience, she’s not ready for mature love.
Testing is just another form of manipulation, and it erodes trust quickly.
8. She Craves Constant Social Media Validation
If her self-worth comes from likes, comments, and followers, she’ll never fully appreciate your validation.
Women glued to social media often have a bottomless need for attention that no relationship can satisfy.
This is one of the most exhausting red flags in women today.
9. She Talks Badly About Men or Marriage
If she frequently says things like “There are no good men left,” or openly disrespects the idea of marriage, that negativity will eventually show up in how she treats you.
You want a partner who values both men and marriage if you’re pursuing a committed, Godly relationship.
10. She Disrespects Your Time and Goals
Your mission and purpose in life matter.
A high-value woman will support and encourage your dreams, not compete with them or belittle them.
If she doesn’t respect your time, ambitions, or commitments, she’s not the right fit.
11. She Refuses to Take Responsibility
Blame-shifting and playing the victim are massive red flags in women.
A woman who never owns her actions will make you responsible for every conflict.
In a healthy relationship, both partners take accountability and grow together.

11 Red Flags In Women! 🚩 – Christian Dating Edition
Do not date these girls. As a matter of fact, if you see these red flags, you should probably run away as fast as you can, figuratively, of course. Well, I mean, maybe literally too. If you are serious about finding the girl of your dreams, then you must know what to look out for because no matter how beautiful or charming a woman is, if she shows these red flags, she will wreck your heart.
In this video, I’m exposing some of the top red flags in women, so you don’t have to waste time on someone who will never be the godly, loyal, high value woman you’ve been praying for. Many people don’t recognize this, but women can be toxic too. Society is sometimes really good at pointing out that there are toxic men in the world.
Which there are, however many people are completely oblivious to the fact that women can be toxic as well, because they don’t recognize this. They miss the signs of a toxic woman and they end up feeling broken and shattered. But after this video, I. You will be light years ahead of most people. As we dive in, I wanna invite you to subscribe.
My name is Melanie. I’m a Christian dating coach for men and your go-to source to learn how to find the woman of your dreams, authentic love strategies. I’m also going to mention one more video that’s going to help you done with this. You may also enjoy this video, which is green flags to look for in women. I’ll put a link in the description below. Okay. Are you ready for these red flags in women? Let’s get started. Number one is that her actions do not align with her words.
Sometimes people will say they’re one thing. But they’ll actually be a, a totally opposite of that. For example, someone who says they’re super loyal, but they’re not loyal to their friends, or, you know, they only seem to be loyal when it works for them. Or they say they’re a super honest person, but maybe they.
Tell some white lies. Maybe they say they’re very religious, but you kinda have to wonder if they even have ever opened the Bible, let alone try to live by his precepts. Often this just kind of comes down to a gut feeling. This is something I teach my clients. If you have that gut feeling, God gave us that gut feeling for a reason.
So even if maybe you can’t explain why it doesn’t exactly, her actions don’t align with her words, something doesn’t add up. That’s okay. Trust your gut. The second red flag in a woman is a huge one. This red flag is that she rushes the physical side of the relationship. Now, she may even do this in appropriate ways.
You know, maybe it’s lots of handholding. Lots of cuddling a lot, lot lots of you know, attention that way. However, what many toxic people do is they try to make the other person obsessed with them very early on, and they try to create all those brain chemicals really fast. So this person adores them and loves being with them, and it completely masks the toxic underside.
So if someone is rushing the physical side of a relationship, it, it can be a huge red flag that this person is toxic. This person may be manipulative and you need a little bit of space. Now, I don’t want to by any means say that anyone who rushes the physical outside. Our, the physical side of relationship is by default toxic.
However, it’s still a very unwise thing to do, so. See that as a red flag because it is, it is pretty appalling to me to see when women will try to use their bodies dressing. Very revealing is another example of this. Women who will try to use their bodies as a way to control a man quickly. It makes me sick, so that’s why I’m warning you about it.
It’s a problem. The third red flag is that she uses guilt or manipulation to control you. You deserve a partner. Not a puppeteer, no relationship can be healthy if there’s manipulation or guilt. Some examples of guilt would be if you always feel like everything’s your fault, even if you had nothing to do with it, or if you feel like everything in the relationship is your fault, or maybe she placed the victim card and you just need to fix it.
These are signs of her. Manipulating you and causing you to feel guilty. One key sign that you are being manipulated is if you do something that goes against your standards or your values, you do something you would never do because you feel pressured by this other person. It’s a key sign that you’re being manipulated, even if it’s not something that’s necessarily wrong, it just doesn’t feel like you’re staying true to yourself.
The next red flag is that she plays mind games. If you’ve been on my channel for a while, you know I will never teach you mind games. Because. They’re toxic. They are not effective. They don’t build a deep connection, but many people will use those mind games. Some examples would be purposefully creating jealousy.
Another example is testing. I hate all these videos that are going around about how women test you. Bro, if she’s testing you, you don’t need her in your life. Because there’s a difference between paying attention to whether this is a good partner or not, versus. Testing someone. Another example of a mind game is withholding affection or not replying to your text on time because you’re trying to create these feelings in the other person.
That’s a mind game. Red flag number five is one of the most important red flags any Christian can be aware of. You ready for this? One? Red flag, number five is that she uses religion as a vanity tool rather. Than a way to build a better connection and relationship with God. Have you ever heard of a religious bully?
There are many people who use religion as a way to just feel better than other people, or act better than other people, or make other people feel like, well, I’m better than you. ’cause I go to church more often. And this is something that for those who maybe don’t know my personal story, I had a very abusive.
Father, and one of the things he did was this religious abuse. This is something that I’m very grateful I became aware of early on. Some people do not use religion for the right purposes. Now they act pious and they can sing all the hymns and they can cry at all the right times. But religion is not about the relationship with God, it’s about how they look.
So this kinda goes back to our first. Flag, red flag, which is do her actions align with her words, pay attention? Is her religion about her relationship with God or just a tool she uses? Red flag number six is that she’s constantly negative or critical. We all have bad days every now and again. Hopefully, you know, those are very minimal, right?
It is normal to have a bad day here and there, but someone who is always critical and always negative and always criticizing, they’re exhausting to be around a woman who constantly tears you down instead of builds you up is not. Wife material and maybe you think, well, yeah, but she doesn’t really criticize me.
She doesn’t really tear me down, but she tears other people down and she’s negative or criticizes other people. Well then she is tearing you down behind your back and it’s impossible to be in a healthy relationship with someone who has such an unhealthy mindset. Now this is a little bit of a heavy topic, so I just wanna pause and just reassure you.
Not all women are toxic, okay? Sometimes if you’ve been in toxic situations, it can feel like they’re the majority. However, toxic people tend to do a lot of damage. They cover a lot of ground, and that damage is so. Deep and so personal, it impacts us so fully that it can feel overwhelming now, especially if there have been a lot of toxic women in your life, like coworkers, maybe family members or past relationships or it, frankly, if you’re paying any attention to the media or the news, it can feel like they’re everywhere.
However, this doesn’t mean that they are. It means that you need to learn. How to attract the right kind of women, the women who are not toxic. And of course, if you’ve been conditioned by all those toxic voices in the past, it’s normal for it to take a second to learn those new traits, those new abilities.
This is of course, what I teach you how to do in detail in my academy and when doors open for enrollments. Again, I invite you to join me there. I’ll walk you through step by step how to attract the right woman for you, the godly loving. Loyal, feminine woman who sees you as the man of her dreams. In the meantime, a great place to start is with my free guide, 11 Things Men Do That Make Women Melt.
This Guide is specifically for how to attract high value women. Knowledge is power. So start by learning these things today. I’ll put a link in the description below and a link in the pinned comment. You deserve so much better than a toxic relationship, and so if your gut’s telling you, there’ve been a lot of toxic people in your life, I know how that feels.
Because I grew up with an abusive dad and everyone around me basically was all toxic. I know how hard it can feel to get away from all those toxic voices, however. I promise you you can do it, and it is so, so worth it. So begin a healthier process now by downloading that guide and learning some of the things that make a high value woman see you as an irresistible man.
Now that we’ve established not all women are toxic, and you can have one who’s not toxic, who’s healthy and loving. Let’s continue with our list of red flags. Our next flag is that she tests you constantly. Kind of already touched on this a little bit, it’s a mind game. A loving relationship is not a power game.
It’s not an ego game. And if somebody is constantly testing you, if they can’t think of a more mature way to get to know if someone’s a sincere, genuine person, then they have problems and it’s time to move on to someone who. Can be in a mature relationship with you. Two mature people are what makes a healthy relationship.
If you have even just one immature person, it’s gonna be a struggle. Red flag number eight is that she’s glued to social media and validation. If she needs the world’s approval, she’s not going to value yours. Our, our self-esteem, our self-confidence is, it’s like a cup and. We often go around asking everybody else to fill our cup, but the problem is we have to be proactive.
We have to put a bottom on the cup, or everything just keeps falling through. And the best way to do this, this is what I teach my clients, is you need to create confidence in yourself. And one way to do that is by increasing your relationship with God, because when you know how much you matter to him.
Yeah, everything changes in life. You don’t go around seeking validation from everyone else. So if you’re, if being in a relationship with someone who needs that constant validation, who’s constantly swiping on Facebook, who’s constantly watching Instagram and buying all the top influencer stuff, yeah, you can buy influencer stuff if you want to, but if that’s what her.
Self-worth is based on she was going to be exhausting to be in a relationship with our next red flag in women is that she speaks badly about marriage or even just men in general. It always just irritates me when I hear a woman say, oh, there’s no such thing as a good man anymore. There are no good men laughed.
Oh, all men are jerks if she doesn’t value marriage or respect men. Don’t expect her to treat you well ’cause she’s not going to. So even if it’s kind of just a subtle thing that she slips into the conversation here or there, or maybe she just disrespects men and feels like men don’t matter. Take that as the red flag that it is.
Our next red flag in women is that she disrespects your time and your goals. Your goals and your time matter because you matter. A high value woman supports your mission. She doesn’t try to compete with it. You deserve a partner Who is your cheerleader, who’s your encourager, not someone. Who disrespects you?
Our next red flag is one of the most dangerous. This red flag is that she does not take accountability for her actions. This is a key sign of a toxic person, and if something’s toxic, I. It’s hurtful, it’s harmful to us. It doesn’t do us any good. A person who places the blame on everybody else or always placed the victim card and why it’s not her fault.
It’s always somebody else. It is impossible to be in a healthy relationship with someone like this. They will never. Take responsibility for what they do, which means you are always going to have to be the one to change, not them. You are always going to have to be the one to compensate, not them. Their needs are always going to matter, not yours because, well, it’s not their fault in the first place.
So if you see those signs, oh, I would run so fast unless you particularly like being completely exhausted, which. It would be weird. Again, not all women are toxic. There’s so many godly, loving, feminine loyal women in this world, and I can certainly help you find one of them. The best place to start is by downloading that guide.
Again, there’s a link in the description below and the link in the pinned comment.
