You’ve been there, right? You see that gorgeous girl. She’s giving you those butterflies and you’re aching for her to notice you, too. Let’s say suddenly you start to notice those subtle body language signs that say she is totally checking you out, too. Can you imagine how on top of the world that would make you feel?

Here’s the good news. There are common female body language signs that let you know without even having to talk to her that she’s checking you out, that you’re giving her those butterflies too. That’s why we’re going to be talking about eight subtle signs a woman is checking you out. And you do not want to miss these.

The truth is knowing these body language signs is some of the most Basic and helpful skills that you can have. It’s like I tell my clients in my academy, when you are able to read those signs and see that she likes you, that she’s interested in you. Oh my goodness. It takes so much pressure off of you, makes you feel so much better, feel so much more confident, and it makes approaching and interacting with her a lot more exciting and a lot more fun.

Number one is that she gets really giggly. It’s really common for girls. When they’re nervous, when they’re excited, when they’re getting those butterflies.

to get a little giggly. Now, this obviously is not going to apply to every girl. If she’s not a giggly girl to begin with, pay attention to some of the other signs I’m about to share with you. However, if she does kind of tend to be more of a giggly girl in general, this can be a wonderful sign that yes, she likes what she sees.

The reason I really wanted to point this one out is often if a girl gets giggly, a guy can think that she is laughing. or thinks you’re silly looking or that she’s making fun of you. And so often that is not the case. She’s just got that nervous, attracted energy, and that causes her to giggle.

Okay. So this next subtle sign that she is checking you out makes me laugh. Okay. It legit makes me laugh because it sounds ridiculous, but research shows that this is. ridiculously accurate. When a girl is attracted to a guy, it is very common for her to expose her wrists to him and kind of point them at you.

She has no idea she’s doing this, by the way. It’s not like women sit around there like, he’s hot. I’m going to show him my wrist. That would be ridiculous. However, it’s just a thing she does without even knowing it. Now there are a couple of ways she might do it. She may play with her hair with her wrist exposed towards you.

She might rest her hand on her wrist, her Head on her hand, I can talk, her head on her hand exposing her wrist playing with her jewelry with her wrists exposed to you. This sounds ridiculous but it is totally something girls do and it’s like, oh hey, he’s, he’s really cute.

Okay, the next subtle sign that she is checking you out is what I personally like to call The chin tug.

This is, this is like one of the highlights, one of the most common things girls do when they’re attracted to you. And again, they don’t know they’re doing it. It’s just, she’s overwhelmed with the butterflies and the excitement that it causes her to react this way. What she will do is It’s the chin tuck.

Your eyes will meet and she’ll look down and away. Sometimes to the side, sometimes just down. But if you get that chin tuck, that’s a really, it’s like, oh shoot, he caught me looking at him. Wow. He’s really cute. It’s one of the most common body language things a girl does when she thinks you’re attractive, when she’s checking you out and when, you know, she noticed you, she wants your attention.

And actually, let me give you a bonus tip real fast. Is that okay? Can I do that? That’s kind of a silly question to ask. Everybody wants a bonus tip, right? Okay, here it is. There is a big difference between attracting a girl and attracting her in a way that makes her want a relationship with you. For instance, you can be physically attractive to someone and somebody could go, wow, they’re hot.

But there’s a big difference between that and it just ending there versus someone saying, wow, they’re hot. Whoa, I really would like a relationship with this person. And the reason why so many people struggle, they maybe even see these signs that someone is attracted to them, but then it all of a sudden crumbles and all of a sudden dies is because you’re not attracting her in the way that makes her want a relationship with you.

And here’s why. For you to want a lifelong relationship with a woman, she needs to fulfill certain needs for you, right? That just makes sense. Well, the same is true for her. That’s why the men who are successful in love are the men who understand how to fulfill those needs for her. And then when you have two people fulfilling each other’s needs, that is what makes, that’s the highest form of a relationship.

That’s what makes it magical and exciting and thrilling and beautiful.

Okay, now that that’s open in a new tab for you, let’s keep going with our subtle signs. She is checking you out. This one kind of touched on it briefly, but this is that she will play with her jewelry. Now again, yes, I mentioned, you know, she might play with it and expose her wrist, but just playing with her jewelry in general is also a good one.

Maybe playing with a necklace. I don’t have one right now, so my zipper will do. But if she’s just kind of playing with her jewelry, she doesn’t know she’s doing this. I actually, I apologize if you’ve already heard this. I tell this story in my academy as well, but it cracks me up. So I want to share it with you.

So when I very first started learning about female body language signs, it cracked me up because as a coach, you know, this is something I needed to know for you guys. But I was like, I had no idea women did these things. It’s just like a gut reaction. And so as fate would have it, I was actually going dancing that night.

And there was a guy across the dance floor who was very attractive. And all of a sudden I noticed myself playing with my jewelry completely. unconsciously, had no idea I was doing it, exposing my wrist, playing with my jewelry, like, oh, wow, he is really cute. This is totally something girls do without even knowing it.

So even though it sounds like a really random thing, it’s very effective. So pay attention to that. Now, if you can link a couple of them together, that’s great. Let’s say you have a wrist exposed playing with her jewelry and a chin tuck. That is a great sign that yes, she is checking you out. She thinks you’re hot.

Okay. And the next sign that she’s checking you out is a really funny one as well. Again, body language is kind of funny, but ridiculously effective. This sign is that her feet are pointing at you. We tend to really not notice what our feet are doing, and so it just lets whatever our gut reaction is or our gut feeling is kind of tends to be reflected in our feet.

And so even if we’re, you know, being polite or whatever it is, and we’re focusing with our, the rest of our body in one direction, our feet are still going to show where we want to go. That’s why sometimes if you see two people and like one of them wants out of the conversation, their feet will be pointed away from that person.

They want to leave. The same is true if they really want to be talking to that person and to be noticed by that person.

And so if you notice her feet are pointing at you, even if you’re clear across the room, if her feet are pointing at you, that is a good sign, my friend. Okay. This next subtle sign is a little bit tricky. So let me explain. This sign is that she smiles at you a lot. The reason I say it’s tricky is it can be easy to say, Oh, she smiled at me. Oh, she must be in love with me. And so it can be. easy to misinterpret. With that being said, I had to throw it in here because it’s one of the most common signs and one of the most frequent signs a girl shows when she is interested in you and when she’s attracted to you.

So here’s kind of a good way to approach this. Does she smile at you? a lot and just like randomly, or does she smile when you walk in the room or smile when you say hi? Those are common courtesies. That does not necessarily mean that she is completely in love with you. However, if she is smiling at you a lot and smiling at you randomly, and like, every time she catches your eye, she gives you a big smile.

That can be a very good sign that yes. She’s checking you out and she’s, she’s attracted to you.

This leads us right into the next sign, which is that your eyes meet a lot. We’ve all been in that situation where your eyes like randomly meet with someone, right? It happens. However, if your eyes keep meeting, it’s a really good sign that she’s trying to catch your eye.

And you know, she’s looking at you a lot because she likes what she sees. So if you happen to notice. The, the, that this keeps happening. Okay. Yes, this is a wonderful sign that she is, is checking you out and she has noticed you. And again, at this point, you really need to know. What, what to do next, right?

Now, especially if you, like, don’t know her very well yet, that doesn’t necessarily mean like, Oh, you go up and hug a stranger or something like that. But if she’s letting you get closer to her than perhaps is even necessary, like standing really close to you or sitting really close to you, or maybe if you brush up against each other when you walk by or something like that, whenever a woman is letting you kind of get close, closer to her, or even cross the touch barrier, it can be a huge sign of attraction.
