Everybody knows that men and women are different, right? It’s kind of a no-brainer. However, in many ways, we’re actually not as different as sometimes we think we are.
We all want to be around someone who makes us feel good. We want to be with someone who makes us feel loved and attractive and appreciated.
We want to feel like we matter, like we’re important. That’s what you want, right? This is the foundation for attraction.
And it’s so simple yet so powerful that it’s actually the entire foundation for what I teach in my academy, Attracting Lasting Love Academy.
So let’s talk about a couple of simple ways you can use this strategy to make her think about you all the time.

Number one is to make relaxed eye contact. You know, you don’t want to stare her down. It’s a little creepy and uncomfortable for both of you.
However, eye contact can be absolutely magical. Let me ask you this. Would, if you’re talking to a cute girl, would you rather have a, you know, she’s like not really paying attention.
Maybe she’s like looking at her phone all the time. She’s not really looking at you. Or would you rather have her look into your eyes and enjoy that connection? It’s so much more powerful, right?
There have been studies done that show that eye contact actually increases attraction. It’s so simple but so powerful.
It makes us feel good. It can help us feel connected and again, increase that attraction. And let’s be real, in a world that often struggles with eye contact, everybody’s looking at their phone. It makes you stand out if you’re the one who’s making that eye contact and helps her notice you in a really good way.
Not to mention, it helps her feel like she can trust you, which is always an added bonus.

Okay, the second thing you can do to make her think about you constantly is show that you are an attractive person. Confidence is attractive to everyone. Just like most men prefer confident women, most women prefer confident men.
It’s pretty draining if she’s too needy, right? It’s pretty draining if she needs a lot of validation or if she doesn’t have much to offer to the relationship because she just lacks confidence.
Well, the same is true for a man. When a man is confident, she sees you as strong. She sees you as masculine. She sees you as someone she’s safe with. And it increases how physically attractive you are to her as well.
Now I know at this point, a lot of people are thinking, wait, but what if I’m not a super confident person? Or what if I have room for her to be more confident than I am?

Okay. The third thing you can do to make her think about you constantly. This one’s going to surprise a lot of, a lot of people, but it is so powerful. So it’s kind of funny more people aren’t aware of that.
This strategy is to show kindness, show kindness to her, show kindness to other people, just be a kind person.
The reason why is because her feminine heart is aching for a man who will be understanding, who will be loyal, who will be gentle with her, who will be authentic.
And when she sees that you’re the kind of man who will be like that, you’re going to play in her mind forever, especially because a lot of men tried to take the tough guy approach.
And the truth is it can get the attention of some girls, but if she’s looking for a lasting relationship, if she wants to commit and she wants to create and build a beautiful life together.

Do you like feeling understood and appreciated and listened to? Well, so does she. It’s one of those things as humans that that we truly just ache for. It helps us feel understood. Like we matter and like our place in this world is, is important.
Now, just to be clear, I am not saying let her dominate the conversation all the time.
That’s not good or healthy for anyone. You should certainly, she should be listening to you as well. However, when you’re one of the men who takes the time to actually listen to her, wow.
You stand out and she’s going to notice and it just melts her heart. It makes her feel connected to you, and it increases her feelings of affection for you.
It also helps you because if you’re always just thinking about what you’re going to say next, all of a sudden she’s done talking and you have absolutely no idea what she just said. And it becomes very awkward.
